Bryce Ungerott is a Founding Partner of Mikey's Late Night Slice and a lifelong builder of businesses that start from nothing and grow into something memorable.
Bryce's entrepreneurial journey began in 2002 as a Founding Partner of Xcelerate Media, Inc., a technology firm focused on customized e-learning, interactive marketing, and mobile solutions. With no funding, no clients, and no products, the team signed its first $1 million contract within 10 months—setting the tone for Bryce's career-long preference for rolling up his sleeves and figuring it out as they go.
In 2009, Bryce brought that same scrappy mindset to the food world, opening the very first Late Night Slice location in the Short North Arts District of Columbus, Ohio. Once again, the business launched with no funding, no partners, and no equipment—just a strong vision and a willingness to work late (very late).
The shop quickly became Columbus's go-to spot for post-midnight pizza, and under Bryce's operational leadership, Late Night Slice has grown into 13+ locations across multiple cities, supporting four distinct brands.
While the numbers are impressive, Bryce is most proud of the team and careers built along the way. Today, the company employs more than 200 team members and continues to grow with a culture rooted in opportunity, creativity, and hustle.
Bryce earned a B.S. in Economics from The Ohio State University. When not working on the business, Bryce can usually be found exploring new corners of the world, fueled by a deep love of travel—and, occasionally, pizza.
David Conley, CPA
Restaurant finance executive with nearly two decades helping growing brands scale.

David is an experienced CFO who has worked in the restaurant space full-time since 2005, including City Barbeque and Condado Tacos.
David has been working with Mikey’s Late Night Slice since 2024 as CFO and as part of the advisory board.
Mike Denton
Operations leader with deep restaurant experience across kitchen, FOH, BOH, openings, and construction.
Full Bio
Mike joined Late Night Slice in August 2022 after three years as Director of Operations at Down the Street Eats Restaurant Company in Winter Park, Colorado.
Before that, Mike spent 23 years with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, working his way from dishwasher to Regional Chef and Purchasing Director.
